According to him, Andrey Viktorovich is indeed an underrated coach. Mendel does not know the reason for this, but perhaps it is because he has not worked with top clubs in the Russian Premier League.

Andrey Talalaev was appointed as the head coach of the Baltika team last year. In his first season, he led the team to victory in the PARI First League, securing a spot in the Russian Premier League.
