The former midfielder of the Russian national team, Aleksandr Mostovoy, explained the reasons why the teams "Orenburg" and CSKA could not determine a winner on Monday. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to Mostovoy, the CSKA players may not have had enough time to fully prepare after taking a two or three-day break. Additionally, the artificial pitch and hot weather also had an impact.

In contrast, the "Orenburg" team had very strong motivation. Mostovoy expressed these thoughts in an interview with the publication "Sovetskiy sport."

It was reported that in the first round of the Russian Premier League, the match between "Orenburg" and CSKA ended in a 0:0 draw. The "Orenburg" team was promoted back to the Premier League in July 2023, replacing the Moscow "Torpedo" team.

CSKA, on the other hand, won the OLIMPBET Russian Cup on July 12, defeating the "Krasnodar" team by a minimal score. The results of this match reflect the current state and level of preparation of the teams.
