Journalist Fabrizio Romano announced this on his social media pages. According to sources, "Al-Ittihod" is negotiating with Ismael Bennacer from the Italian team "Milan".

Last season, he played on loan at the French club "Marseille". If the negotiations end unsuccessfully, the Saudi team may move to transfer Vendel from the Russian club "Zenit" in Saint Petersburg.

However, Vendel has previously stated that he does not intend to play for "Al-Ittihod". Currently, Vendel has not been registered for the new season.
