The head coach of the "Krylya Sovetov" team, Magomed Adiev, expressed his thoughts on the possibility of goalkeeper Ivan Lomayev returning to the team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
Recently, there have been reports of Lomayev training with the Samarkand team amid interest from other clubs. According to Adiev, Lomayev is one of the goalkeepers who could strengthen the competition within the team.
Currently, the team has goalkeepers such as Pesyakov, Kokarev, and Frolov, and the coach is satisfied with their performance. At the same time, he emphasized that if the management decides to bring Lomayev back to the team, he would be very happy about it.
Earlier, there were reports in the media that Lomayev's transfer to the AEL club in Greece might not happen due to the results of a medical examination. Currently, the 26-year-old player has not signed a contract with any club and left "Krylya Sovetov" as a free agent in the summer.
