The head coach of the "Akron" team, Zaur Tedeev, gave an interview to the "Match TV" channel after the game against the "Sochi" team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He expressed his thoughts as follows. According to Tedeev, despite winning 4:0 in the away game, his facial expression does not reflect this.
Because this stadium reminds him of bad memories, especially after the 1:10 defeat there. Therefore, this victory does not evoke strong emotions for him.
He mentioned that at the moment the fourth goal was scored, those heavy memories suddenly came to mind. The coach recalled the difficult moments after that defeat and emphasized that the team played better in today's game.
He expressed gratitude to all the players, as they worked very hard in training and prepared well. Tedeev denied that the "Sochi" team is still an uncoordinated team, which is why defensive mistakes occurred.
He had only positive thoughts about the opponent, stating that "Sochi" has good players gathered. The coach emphasized that it is not his job to assess the opponent's game and team cohesion.
He wished the "Sochi" team good luck and success, reminding that their journey in the Premier League has just begun. Additionally, in response to a question about the possibility of excessive self-confidence arising in the team after the victory, the coach stated that he is against such a notion.
He emphasized the necessity of approaching all situations with composure as a coach. He mentioned that there are experienced individuals in the team who can lead the players, specifically stating that he is ready to work with players like Artyom Dzyuba.
Tedeev highlighted the need for serious preparation for future games and noted that the current result is just three points. He pointed out that all players need to agree to forget the previous defeats and prepare for new games.
