Spartak is looking for new candidates for the sports director position

Earlier, information spread that Francis Kahigao might leave the position of sports director of the "Spartak" team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

It was suggested that Andrey Movsesyan, a specialist who previously worked at CSKA, could take his place. According to the network publication "Evro-Futbol.Ru", besides Movsesyan, the capital club is also considering two other specialists from Russia and one foreign candidate.

Kahigao has been active in the "red-whites" system since January 2025. The "Spartak" team lost 0:3 to "Baltika" yesterday in the second round.

In this match, Anton Zabolotniy and Markinyos were sent off from the penalty area, causing the team to be reduced to nine players. Additional information about the current state of the team and changes in management is expected to be announced in the coming days.
