Matvey Kislyak said he will not transfer to Spartak

CSKA Moscow midfielder Matvey Kislyak's agent Aleksandr Manyakov announced that Moscow's Spartak club has halted all efforts to transfer the young player. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
