Mostovoy: Semak needs to reconsider working long-term

Former famous football player Aleksandr Mostovoy expressed his thoughts on Sergey Semak's long tenure with the "Zenit" team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Semak has been working as the head coach of St. Petersburg for over seven years. According to Mostovoy, when everything is going well, everyone praises and supports you.

However, when something goes wrong, various comments are made behind your back. Working at one club for a long time is not always beneficial, but there are many examples of coaches who have worked for more than six years.

Everyone's situation is different, says Mostovoy. In the last two rounds, "Zenit" showed good results, collecting four points in the Russian Premier League.

Semak's team won with determination against "Rostov" on the field (2:1), but then drew with "Rubin" at home, failing to maintain a two-goal lead (2:2). Currently, Semak is preparing the players for the upcoming away match against "Ahmat" in the Russian Cup.
