Sochi football players are discussing the salary issue

Sochi football club midfielder Martin Kramaric responded to the proposal by head coach Robert Moreno to return half of the monthly salary for the benefit of the club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

This proposal was made after the Sochi team suffered a heavy defeat against Akron club from Tolyatti, losing 0:4. Coach Moreno emphasized that he does not deserve such a salary after this defeat and therefore recommended that the players follow his example.

Kramaric noted that Sochi players have not yet handed over half of their monthly salary to the club. However, this issue is planned to be discussed with the team management.

He also mentioned that the atmosphere within the team and the relationship with the head coach are good. Currently, the Sochi team is at the bottom of the league table in the national championship.

The club has not earned any points in two matches. Yesterday, the Sochi team lost to Dynamo Moscow in the group stage of the Russian Cup, marking their third defeat of the season.
