Chanov: CSKA started the season well with a new coach

Former football player Vyacheslav Chanov recently evaluated the performance of Moscow's CSKA team in the initial matches of the newly started Russian Premier League season. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to Chanov, the team has started the new season well. In his opinion, the arrival of a new coach always brings certain challenges for the team.

Nevertheless, it is encouraging that coach Fabio Chelestini has not yet fully instilled his football philosophy into the team, while still maintaining the previous achievements and established playing style. In the first round of the Premier League, CSKA played against Orenburg, and the match ended in a draw.

No goals were scored in the game. In the next round, CSKA defeated the Ahmat team with a score of two to one, securing their first victory.

Additionally, the players under Fabio Chelestini's leadership successfully participated in the Russian Cup, defeating the Lokomotiv team with a score of two to one, earning three points. Thus, CSKA has started the new season in a stable and confident manner.
