Chervichenko: Spartak players provided a reason for their expulsion

Former president of the “Spartak” football club Andrey Chervichenko explained the reasons for the three red cards received by the “Spartak” team in their last two matches in an interview with the online publication “Evro-Futbol.Ru”. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, the players are lacking in speed and technique. For example, there are no questions among those who understand football regarding Zablotniy's dismissal.

Chervichenko also expressed surprise that Umiyarov was not dismissed. Because in the game, Umiyarov pulled the opponent's shirt, which is also considered a foul and could have resulted in a penalty being awarded.

In the situation related to Xlusevich, according to Chervichenko, the “Akron” player could have also received a second yellow card, but the referee only showed it to Xlusevich. He stated that this situation was not a very serious foul, but it is difficult to change the referee's decision.

Chervichenko also emphasized that “Spartak” opponents have also received red cards for more serious fouls in the past, so there is no basis for dissatisfaction in this regard. It should be noted that in the second round of the Russian Premier League, Antan Zablotniy and Markinyoz were dismissed in the match between “Spartak” and “Baltika”.
