Tarasova expressed her dissatisfaction with Russian football again

Tat'yana Tarasova, a renowned figure skating coach, expressed her satisfaction with the results achieved by Russian swimmers at the world championship. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

In her opinion, Russian athletes could participate successfully in other sports once the sanctions are lifted. However, according to Tarasova, football does not fall into this category.

She expressed confidence that Russian athletes in figure skating and hockey would also return to competitions with great success. As for football, Tarasova emphasized that Russian footballers are still unable to achieve high results.

Additionally, Tat'yana Tarasova has previously criticized Russian football several times. She stated that football in the country is leading to more disappointment among fans.

Currently, the sanctions imposed on the Russian Football Union by UEFA and FIFA have been ongoing for nearly three and a half years. It is still unknown when these sanctions will be lifted or eased.

For this reason, it is difficult to make a clear statement about the return of Russian football to the international stage. Tarasova noted that she believes in the success of Russian athletes in other sports.
