When asked how he would respond if offered to manage the Spartak team again, Massimo Karrera said he would agree.

It is worth noting that under Massimo Karrera's leadership, Spartak won the Russian Premier League championship in 2017. This result marked the club's second championship in the 21st century and remains its latest achievement.

Currently, the Spartak team, under the leadership of Dejan Stankovic, has had an unsuccessful start to the season. After the first four matches, the team has only accumulated four points, placing them 11th in the Premier League standings.
