Tarkhanov: Spartak has a strong squad for high positions

Famous Russian coach Alexander Tarkhanov emphasized in an interview with the "Euro-Football" publication that the "Spartak" team has enough players to compete for the highest positions in the Russian championship. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, the "Spartak" squad includes players like Barco and Ugalde. Additionally, there are enough local players in the team who can enhance the team's performance during the game.

Tarkhanov stated that they have also included Zaboloit in the team to help in the fight for the top spots. At the same time, "Spartak" is showing one of the most unsuccessful starts in its history in the Russian championship.

After four rounds, the team has only accumulated four points and is currently in 11th place in the competition table. In the upcoming fifth round, the "red-whites" will host the "Zenit" team at home.

The match will take place on August 16 in Moscow.
