According to football expert Dmitriy Radchenko, Sergey Semak should continue his work as the head coach of the St. Petersburg "Zenit" team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The expert emphasized that despite the fact that the "Zenit" team has not started the new season successfully in the Russian championship, Semak should not be dismissed from his position. According to Radchenko, Sergey Bogdanovich knows the team well and, most importantly, he has not lost his motivation.
He also has the ability to get the coach out of difficult situations. In the last match, "Zenit" lost 0:1 away to Grozny's "Akhmat" team.
Currently, the team under Semak's leadership has accumulated five points after four rounds and is in eighth place in the competition table. In the next match, "Zenit" will face Moscow's "Spartak" team away.
Experts believe that Semak's experience and skills in working with the team will help "Zenit" improve its position during the season.
