Former Moscow CSKA midfielder Alexander Grishin expressed his thoughts on the results and performance of Moscow's "Spartak" team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to him, the current head coach of "Spartak," Dejan Stankovich, is not able to fully manage the team. Grishin stated that the coach is not showing enough determination in managing the team and is not taking things seriously.
He also emphasized that there are instances in Stankovich's actions that do not align with the team's reputation. Currently, "Spartak" has won only once in the four rounds of the Russian championship and is at the top of the tournament table.
Nevertheless, Grishin mentioned that "Spartak" has a strong squad, but the coach is being forced to make changes to the team even against weak opponents. Recently, "Spartak" lost to Makhachkala's "Dinamo" team at home in the Russian Cup.
In the specialist's opinion, such results have raised concerns among the team's management and fans. Grishin pointed out that there are good players in the team, but they are not being fully utilized under the current leadership.
For this reason, "Spartak" may face serious problems ahead.
