Lenin: "Krasnodar" deserves to be in the Champions League playoffs

In his opinion, if Russian clubs had not been banned from international competitions, "Krasnodar" could have achieved strong results. According to the player, they miss participating in international competitions and specifically want to play in the Champions League.

Lenini noted that the current squad is strong and that there are all possibilities to reach the playoff stage. It is worth mentioning that last season, "Krasnodar" became the Russian champion for the first time in its history.

However, Russian clubs and national teams have been deprived of the right to participate in international tournaments. This ban was imposed by FIFA and UEFA starting from February 2022.
