He signed a two-year contract with the club, with the possibility of extending it for another year. The transfer fee for the player moving from Saudi Arabia's Al-Ahli club to Club América is estimated at 10.3 million euros.
Allan Saint-Maximin spent the last two seasons in Saudi Arabia. Last season, he played on loan for Turkey's Fenerbahçe team.
The 28-year-old French player is a product of the Saint-Étienne club. Throughout his career, apart from his first club Saint-Étienne, he has also played for Monaco, Hannover, Nice, Newcastle, and Bastia.
