Maxim Petrov, a midfielder of the Baltika football club in Kaliningrad, shared his thoughts about the team's head coach Andrey Talalayev. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He stated that Talalayev is capable of managing large teams with ease. Petrov also emphasized that he is a strong motivator.
He mentioned that he could not give a clear answer to the question, "Do you want to keep the coach in the team?" Andrey Talalayev has been active as the head coach of the Baltika club since 2024.
Under his leadership, the team became the champion of the PARI league in its first season, finishing four points ahead of its closest rival, Moscow's Torpedo club. Currently, the Kaliningrad team is in fifth place in the Russian Premier League championship.
The team has accumulated eight points in four matches. Thus, Talalayev's coaching activity is reflected in the team's results.
Petrov and other players have expressed their satisfaction with the coach's experience and motivational approach. The Baltika club is also striving for high results in the future.
