Sennikov: Dinamo is not ready for the championship yet

Former defender of Moscow's Lokomotiv team Dmitriy Sennikov shared his thoughts on the current season's prospects for the capital's Dinamo club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

In the last match, the Dinamo team suffered a heavy defeat to Krasnodar in the Russian Cup, finishing the game with a score of 0:4.

Dmitriy Sennikov noted that currently, the Dinamo players do not have enough strength to become champions. According to him, the club can compete for the Cup, but there is no serious confidence in winning the championship.

He expressed his views on this during a broadcast on the Match TV channel. Following the conclusion of the fourth round of the Premier League, the team led by Valeriy Karpin has collected five points and is in ninth place in the tournament table.

In the next round, Dinamo will host the CSKA club at home. This derby match is scheduled for Sunday, August 17.
