Lokomotiv team's head coach Mikhail Galaktionov shared his thoughts with Match TV after the game against Baltika. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to him, considering the content of the game, the defeat result is considered fair. If the opponent had scored on the second chance, the situation would have become more complicated.
However, when his own team could not score, they had opportunities. In the second half, the team's attacks and efforts turned into a goal.
Although the final shots were somewhat lacking, the team created their chances. Also, taking into account the opponent's active defense and many challenges, the draw result away from home is evaluated as satisfactory.
Although the losing streak was broken, this result is considered positive. The team showed their character, played unitedly, never gave up, and tried to increase the pressure.
If the opponent had converted a clear chance into a goal, the situation would have become difficult, but they returned to the game and gained emotional superiority. Regarding Belkovskiy's entry onto the field, the head coach emphasized the need for a fast player acting as a second striker.
Since Vorobyov did not play due to cards, it was necessary to add more activity to the team. Belkovskiy acted effectively near the penalty area, bringing speed and dynamics to the game.
Thus, his entry onto the field was evaluated positively.
