Cristiano Ronaldo set another record
Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo became the first player in history to score goals for the national team for 22 consecutive years.
On March 23, Ronaldo scored against the Denmark national team in the quarter-finals of the Nations League. The match ended with a score of 5:2 in favor of Portugal. This allowed the Portuguese team to advance to the semi-finals of the tournament. In the Nations League semi-finals, teams from France, Germany, and Spain will also compete.
Ronaldo scored his 929th career goal and his 136th goal for the Portugal national team.
