"Al-Nassr" is considering two Portuguese options for the head coach

Stefano Pioli has left his position as head coach of the "Al-Nasr" team. This was reported by www.euro-football.ru.

The Saudi club announced on Wednesday that they have parted ways with the Italian specialist. According to renowned journalist Nicolo Schira, among the main candidates for the vacant position are Portuguese Jorge Jesus and Sergio Conceicao. Jesus is already familiar with the Saudi championship, having managed "Al-Hilal" from the summer of 2023 until May 2024.

Conceicao, on the other hand, left "Milan" after the conclusion of the 2024/25 season. He worked as head coach of the "rossoneri" for just six months. Under Stefano Pioli's leadership, the "Al-Nasr" team secured third place in the Saudi Arabian championship.

The coach was appointed to the team in September of last year. The club is now searching for a new coach, with Jorge Jesus and Sergio Conceicao's names being considered as top candidates.

These changes in Saudi football are of significant importance for the future of the team.
