The Israel Defense Forces announced their statement regarding a new threat that could be directed by Iran towards European countries. Zamin.uz reported on this.

According to military leadership, the range of long-range missiles being developed by Iran reaches four thousand kilometers. This situation could pose a serious threat not only at the regional but also at the international level.

Israeli military officials state that in recent days, two missiles were observed being launched towards Diego Garcia island, where British and American troops are stationed. Although these missiles did not reach their designated target, their existence and capabilities are distracting the international community.

Specifically, during Operation New Lion conducted in June 2025, plans were identified for Iran to develop missiles capable of reaching distances up to 4,000 kilometers against countries in Europe, Asia, and Africa. Although Iranian officials have denied this information, experts emphasize that this regime poses a threat to international peace.

The Israeli Ministry of Defense currently acknowledges that major European capitals such as London, Paris, or Berlin could also fall within the firing range of these missiles. This situation indicates the need to pay even greater attention to regional and global security systems.

The current situation is forcing the international community to monitor closely. According to experts, eliminating such large-scale threats requires not only military measures but also the use of diplomatic channels.

Because each new missile launch or test is considered a serious factor for global security. In the future, interstate negotiations and agreements must be expanded to resolve this issue.

Otherwise, anger and strong actions in the region could escalate further.
