Origi agreed to leave "Milan" on condition

Despite being sidelined from the game, Milan's striker Divock Origi is not in a hurry to leave the club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Although the Belgian player has been excluded from the "rossoneri" squad, he continues to receive a decent salary. While the club management wants him to leave, Origi has the right to wait until the end of his current contract, which is another year.

According to journalist Daniyele Longo, the striker will only agree to terminate the contract early this summer if Milan pays a compensation amounting to half of the sum that would be paid for the remaining year. Divock Origi last stepped onto the field in April of last year. At that time, he played his last game for the loaned Nottingham Forest team.

In April, he turned 30 years old. Origi previously played for Liverpool and, despite his current situation, has not completely given up on his football career.

The issue of staying or leaving the club has not yet been resolved, but the player wants to fulfill the contract terms in his favor. This situation is also financially and sportingly significant for the Milan team.
