Lisbon's Benfica defender Alvaro Karreraz is expected to join Madrid's Real club during this transfer window. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
Insider Jorge Pikon provided this information through social media. According to the journalist, Karreraz will be the last new signing for the "Royal" team this summer.
Previously, "Real" strengthened its squad with defenders Din Hjusen and Trent Alexander-Arnold, as well as midfielder Franco Mastantuono. The transfer value of the 22-year-old Spanish player is estimated to be around 35 million euros.
Karreraz's current contract with Benfica is valid until the summer of 2029. Through this transfer, the Madrid club aims to further strengthen its defense.
