The Milan club "Inter" midfielder Davide Frattezi has decided to abandon his intention to leave the club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The 25-year-old player was dissatisfied with his role during the tenure of former head coach Simone Inzaghi and seriously considered leaving the club. However, the situation changed dramatically when Cristian Kivu was appointed as the new head coach in June.
Now Frattezi does not want to leave and has expressed his intention to extend his contract with the club, as reported by renowned journalist Gianluca di Marzio. The new coach told the player in a personal conversation that he would have an important place in the team's starting lineup.
For this reason, Frattezi intends to link his future only with "Inter." It was previously known that "Juventus" and "Napoli" clubs showed interest in the midfielder.
Currently, the player's existing contract with "Inter" is set to last until 2028. Cooperation between the club and the player is expected to continue.
