RB Leipzig midfielder Xavi Simons may move to another German club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to The Athletic, Munich's Bayern team is interested in acquiring this Dutch midfielder. However, negotiations between the parties have not yet begun.
It is worth noting that in the winter of 2025, RB Leipzig purchased Simons' rights from PSG for 50 million euros. The current employment contract between Xavi and Leipzig is set to last until the end of June 2027.
Experts from the Transfermarkt portal estimate the player's market value at 70 million euros. In the last Bundesliga season, Simons played 25 matches, scoring ten goals and providing seven assists.
His performance on the field is of significant importance to the team, and Bayern is looking to add him to their squad. Although official negotiations have not yet started, it is said that this transfer could happen in the future.
