
Brazilian midfielder Mateus Alves has transferred to the Moscow team CSKA from the "São Paulo" club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The "artillerymen" press service provided official information about this. The contract signed with the star player is intended until 2030.
Earlier, media reports indicated that the transfer fee amounted to six million euros. Alves will take the field wearing the number seven jersey for CSKA.
In 2024, the 20-year-old player scored seven points while playing for the "São Paulo" youth team. The following year, he actively played in the main squad and provided two assists.
Alves may soon make his debut for CSKA in the OLIMPBET Russian Super Cup match. In this competition, CSKA will face the "Krasnodar" team.
The game will take place on July 12 in Kazan and will start at 18:00 Moscow time.
