
The Turkish club Istanbul Basaksehir officially announced that they have loaned former Rostov striker Eldor Shomurodov. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The 30-year-old forward has been loaned from the Italian club Roma until the end of the 2025/2026 season. The Turkish club also has the right to purchase the player.
Previously, renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano provided information about the deal amount: 3 million euros for the loan and 2.7 million euros in case of purchasing the player. Istanbul Basaksehir announced through their official website that they have welcomed the player to their family and wished him good luck in the orange-blue outfit.
Last season, Eldor Shomurodov played in 27 matches for the Roma team in the Italian championship, scoring 4 goals and providing 4 assists. The famous Transfermarkt website estimates the player's market value at 5 million euros.
