Cheryshev: Spartak should buy Vardini

Russian specialist Dmitriy Cheryshev expressed his thoughts in an interview with journalists about the possibility of English striker Jamie Vardi moving to Moscow's "Spartak" club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The 38-year-old player is currently a free agent. Cheryshev said, "If I were in Spartak's position, I would try to acquire Vardi instead of Zabolotniy."

He emphasized that Vardi is a well-known player and stated that such a transfer would increase interest in the league. It should be noted that 34-year-old Zabolotniy has joined the "red-whites" as a free agent.

Anton has signed a one-year contract with the Moscow club. Last season, the striker played for the Podmoskovye "Khimki" club, scoring six goals and providing six assists.
