Arsenal is not really interested in Spurs
Journalist Grach Khachatryan denied reports about London’s Arsenal club's interest in Krasnodar striker Eduard Spertsyan. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
On social media, Khachatryan called the rumors about the club, known as the "Gunners," being interested in the player false. It was previously stated that Amsterdam's Ajax showed the most interest in Spertsyan, but the Dutch team did not dare to purchase the Russian footballer.
This decision was made due to fears of criticism both within the country and in Europe. In the 2024/2025 season, Spertsyan played a total of 35 matches in all club tournaments, scoring 11 goals and providing 7 assists.
The player announced that he will remain with Krasnodar for now, but did not hide the possibility of wanting to test himself in Europe in the future. Thus, the player continues to seek new opportunities for the development of his career.
