Pori NN canceled the contract with Bojenov

Pori NN club announced that it has terminated the contract with defender Kirill Bojenov. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The player was suspected of participating in match-fixing, and it became known that he incurred significant financial losses and fell into substantial debt as a result. According to the club's press service, the contract was terminated by mutual agreement of the parties.

Bojenov joined the Nizhny Novgorod club in 2023. During this time, he played a total of 24 matches, scored one goal, and provided two assists.

The Pori NN club lost to the Sochi team in the playoff matches, but remained in the RPL due to the exclusion of the Khimki team from the league in the Moscow region. In the first round of the 2025/2026 season, the Nizhny Novgorod team will play against the country champion Krasnodar team.

This match will take place in Kazan city at the stadium that serves as the home ground for Pori NN club, due to the "Rosatom" exhibition being held there.
