Jonatan Alba, the head coach of the "Rostov" team, responded to a question about the team's weakening. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He stated that he does not agree with the opinion that the team has become weaker after Maksim Osipenko and Nikolay Komlichenko left the club. According to Alba, there are other players in the team now, and they are adapting to their roles.
He is applying new methods in managing the team as a coach. He also emphasized that he did not ask the management to keep Osipenko and Komlichenko during this transfer window.
The Spanish specialist was appointed to this position in February, after Valeriy Karpin's departure. Last season, his team reached the final of the Russian Cup but lost to CSKA in the penalty shootout.
The new season will begin for "Rostov" on July 20 against "Zenit". In this match, the team's new capabilities and changes will be tested.
