The American chip manufacturing technology company Nvidia has presented its AI-powered Blue robot. The company's founder and president Jensen Huang showcased it at the GTC 2025 conference.
During the presentation, Huang introduced an open-source Newton physics engine designed for robotics modeling. It was developed in collaboration with Google DeepMind AI company and Disney Research. The Blue robot was created using this engine.
When the robot came on stage, Huang addressed it: "Hello, Blue, how are you? Did you like the new physics engine? You did, right? Yes, I know for sure."
During the conference, Nvidia also announced the world's first open-source Isaac GR00T N1 humanoid robot.
