Google has introduced a new version of the Google Home app. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This update is adapted for the Gemini for Home platform, simplifying the app's interface and enhancing its usability. Integration with Nest devices has been improved, and new features based on artificial intelligence and natural language control have been added.
The app now consists of three main sections: Home, Activity, and Automations. Users can control devices in their homes using natural language through a new conversational interface called "Ask Home."
For example, they can ask questions like “Who was in the room?” and receive answers from the AI. Additionally, the "Home Brief" feature provides a daily summary of key events.
However, new features such as "Ask Home" and "Home Brief" are only available through the paid subscription – Home Premium. This subscription costs $10 per month.
The updated app allows users to manage their homes and devices more efficiently.
