90 percent of video game developers use AI According to a survey conducted by Google Cloud, approximately 90 percent of video game developers use artificial intelligence to facilitate their work processes. This was reported by Zamin.uz. The survey was conducted among 615 professionals operating in the United States, South Korea, Norway, Finland, and Sweden. The research showed that developers use artificial intelligence to automate repetitive and complex tasks, allowing them to dedicate more time to creative work. For example, processes such as processing and optimizing text, audio, source code, and video materials are accelerated with the help of AI. In recent years, the gaming industry has faced challenges related to increased production costs and extended project timelines. For this reason, many companies are turning to artificial intelligence technologies to reduce costs and speed up processes. However, the use of artificial intelligence remains a controversial issue. There are concerns such as job reductions, copyright issues, and decreased payments to developers. Nevertheless, 94 percent of developers believe that AI technologies will enable cost reductions in production in the future. However, some experts emphasize that it is difficult to accurately assess the effectiveness of investments made in artificial intelligence. Additionally, the issue of ownership rights for content created by AI remains an unresolved problem.
