Strike and protests expand in Israel
The changes occurring in Israel are having a significant impact on the country's political and social life. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to the Tel Aviv government, there are 50 Israeli prisoners in the Gaza Strip, of whom 20 are still alive. For this reason, more than one million citizens across the country have decided to participate in strikes and protest demonstrations.

During this year, strikes and protests have expanded rapidly compared to previous issues. Protesters are especially demanding the government to sign new agreements and exchange deals regarding the prisoners.

According to reports, instead of implementing the plan to enter the Gaza sector, the government intends to decide on prisoner exchanges. These strikes and protests have been held on a large scale in all regions of the country.

To achieve high effectiveness, several large companies and representatives of the private sector have also joined the strikes. Strikes continued in state and private institutions, including city administrations.

These situations negatively affected the operation of public transport and other important infrastructure. According to television reports, serious traffic jams occurred in the capital cities as a result of the strikes, and train services were suspended.

At the central rally in Tel Aviv, tens of thousands of people participated. The protests and strikes ensure that attention is paid not only to political issues but also to human rights and ethical problems.

According to international human rights organizations, there are currently more than 10,000 Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons facing harsh conditions, hunger, and torture. Since October 7, 2023, Israel's operations, conducted with the help of the United States, have continued with terrorism, destruction, and human rights violations.

Despite warnings from human rights organizations and the International Court, these problems remain unresolved and legal oversight continues.
