One of the richest people in the world, the head of the LVMH group Bernard Arnault plans to use the historic Atellani palace located in Italy as his personal residence. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the Peopletalk publication, Arnault purchased this ancient palace and is fully restoring it. Currently, the castle, famous as the "Leonardo vineyard," is being renovated at a cost of 1.3 million euros.
Sources say that Arnault may use the palace not only as a private home but also possibly as a tax residence. Located in the center of Milan, this palace is one of the unique examples of Renaissance architecture.
In the 15th century, the building was gifted to Giacomo da Attelano by Ludovico il Moro and became famous in 1498 for the vineyard presented by Leonardo da Vinci. The "Leonardo vineyard," destroyed during World War II, was restored in 2015 based on historic Malvasia grape varieties.
This historic monument holds great significance today as a cultural heritage site. Bernard Arnault's interest in this historic place may be related to his personal and business goals.
