Serious discussions are beginning about the sharp decrease in the number of migrant children in the Russian education system. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to recent data, the number of children from migrant families in the country's schools has significantly decreased. This information was shared by Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of the State Duma of Russia, on his Telegram channel.
Officials emphasize that several factors are causing this situation. In particular, migrant children often show unsatisfactory results in Russian language exams.
Failure to meet language requirements is an obstacle to their admission to schools. Additionally, many deficiencies have been identified in the documents provided by migrant families.
Some parents are unable to present a permit confirming their legal residence in Russia when registering their children for schools. The inaccuracy and incompleteness of documents is a significant problem during their acceptance process in educational institutions.
Experts stress the need to take additional measures to ensure that this trend does not negatively affect the educational process. According to them, it is important to create equal conditions for all students in schools, expand language learning programs, and facilitate adaptation processes.
At the same time, the decrease in the number of migrant children is causing broad discussions not only socially but also in the field of education. Experts indicate that this situation may lead to increased attention to language policy, document control, and the integration of migrants into society in the future.
