
The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, expressed his desire to have direct dialogue with the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelenskiy. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
He emphasized that today is the most suitable time to start consultations and negotiations. According to Lukashenko, the Russian army has taken control of major cities on all fronts, and stopping this process is not easy.
The Belarusian leader warned that if Zelenskiy does not stop, there is a risk of losing the entire Ukraine. He also noted that there are several positive proposals regarding the conflict in Ukraine.
Some of these proposals have also been heard by former US President Donald Trump. Lukashenko emphasized that the situation can be stabilized through negotiations and consultations.
In his opinion, it is important to engage in dialogue now because continuing military actions poses a great risk. The Belarusian leader stated that he supports resolving the conflict in Ukraine peacefully and called on the parties to find a reasonable solution.
He also noted the necessity of establishing peace in the future, taking into account the interests of both countries. Lukashenko stressed that the situation in the region can be improved by establishing dialogue between Ukraine and Russia.
He called for resolving disputes through dialogue and warned about the consequences of continuing military actions. The Belarusian leader urged the Ukrainian leadership to understand the seriousness of the situation and make wise decisions.
Additionally, he requested the international community to assist in the peace process. Lukashenko noted that there are opportunities to resolve the conflict through negotiations and emphasized the need for cooperation from all parties to achieve this.
