North Korea showcased a new intercontinental missile
At a large military parade held in Pyongyang, North Korea presented a new intercontinental ballistic missile named “Hwasong-20.” This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the Korea Central Telegraph Agency, this missile is considered “the most powerful nuclear strategic weapon.” The parade was held to mark the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Workers' Party of Korea.
At the event, the country's leader Kim Jong Un delivered a speech, calling to transform the North Korean Armed Forces into an invincible army capable of eliminating any threat. Experts believe that the “Hwasong-20” missile enables North Korea to strike targets within the territory of the United States.
The parade also showcased new military systems such as hypersonic weapons. Russian military personnel participated in the ceremony in Pyongyang.
The event was attended by Chinese Premier Li Qiang, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam, and Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev. It is emphasized that this event may impact regional security and international relations.
