The head of Poland's National Security Bureau, Slawomir Senskevich, announced that there is a real state of war in cyberspace between the country and Russia. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the Financial Times, Senskevich emphasized that this situation is more of an open "cyberfront" clash rather than a simple threat. According to him, Russia has established a network of agents financed through cryptocurrencies in European Union countries.
This network is conducting hybrid attacks against Europe's security infrastructures. These attacks range from disrupting airspace using drones to threats aimed at disabling critical infrastructures.
Senskevich also stressed that NATO is the most important and reliable military alliance for Poland and stated that Poland will continue to strengthen ties with NATO. Experts believe that this statement may escalate tensions in relations with Russia.
For this reason, the European Union is considering additional security measures. Ensuring security between Poland and European countries is of urgent importance.
