The majority of the population in Germany is dissatisfied with the government's performance. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to a survey conducted by the Infratest dimap institute commissioned by ARD television channel, 76 percent of respondents expressed dissatisfaction with the coalition government that came to power six months ago. Only 22 percent of citizens evaluated the government's policy positively.
For comparison, in June, more than half of the population, approximately 50 percent, supported the government. However, in the following months, this trust has noticeably declined.
The survey also noted a drop in the ratings of Chancellor Friedrich Merz and Finance Minister Lars Klingbeil. Only 26 percent of respondents expressed satisfaction with their work.
There was no change observed in the rating of Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt. Fifty-eight percent of respondents assessed Germany's foreign policy as uncertain, and the economic situation was described as increasingly worrying.
Only 29 percent of those surveyed considered the country's economy stable. According to experts, this mood increases the likelihood of significant changes occurring in Germany's political landscape.
