
The largest gold mine in the history of the country has been discovered in Liaoning Province in northeastern China. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The Ministry of Natural Resources of China announced this through its official sources. According to experts' research, the gold reserves of this mine, named Dadonggou, amount to 1,440 tons.
This quantity is significantly larger than previously discovered mines in China and will serve to elevate the country's gold mining capabilities to a new level. According to the data, the gold content in the mine is 0.56 grams per ton of ore.
The ore body length is 3,100 meters, with a depth ranging from 115 meters to 913 meters. The average thickness is 263 meters, with a maximum thickness reaching up to 513 meters.
The ministry emphasized that the discovery of this mine will contribute to increasing China's strategic gold reserves. Additionally, it lays the foundation for establishing a world-class gold mining center in Liaoning Province.
This project holds significant importance for the development of the country's economy.
