The Bishkek city administration of Kyrgyzstan has introduced new restrictions on the operation of public catering establishments. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to this decision, cafes, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs must stop operating after 22:00. This restriction was adopted to maintain peace and ensure security.
The city administration instructed establishment owners not to hold entertainment events in the evening and to turn off electrical appliances, including ovens and heating devices. These measures were implemented based on recommendations from Kamchibek Tashiyev, head of the State Committee for National Security.
Additionally, district administrations were tasked with monitoring compliance with these rules and conducting regular raids. The goal is to ensure adherence to laws and strengthen city security.
