Rizo Pahlavi called on Iranians to expand protests

Prince Reza Pahlavi, son of Iran's last Shah Muhammad Reza Pahlavi, addressed the country's population, calling for the expansion of nationwide strikes and protests. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
In his appeal, he emphasized the need not only to take to the streets but also to prepare to seize and defend cities. The prince said in his speech: "We should not limit ourselves to strikes only.
By seizing cities, uniting people in their central areas, and bringing together various groups under a common goal, we can achieve freedom." He also called on the military and security forces to support the people and weaken the repressive system. Reza Pahlavi stated that he is ready to return to the homeland and stand with the people if the revolution succeeds.
He said: "I believe in the successful completion of the revolution and hope for the day to come." Protests that began across Iran in December 2022 continue and have spread widely across various regions of the country. According to official sources, thousands of people have been detained and there are reports of over 200 deaths.
These events demonstrate the people's dissatisfaction with the current situation in the country.
