Solovyov: Russia may conduct military operations in the post-Soviet region

Renowned Russian TV host and propagandist Vladimir Solovyov stated on his program "Solovyov LIVE" that Russia may conduct "special military operations" (SMO) not only in Ukraine but also in other post-Soviet countries. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
His statement caused serious concern among the CIS countries. During the program, Solovyov cited the policies of the United States in Greenland and Venezuela as examples, emphasizing that America prioritizes its own interests without respecting international rules.
According to him, the US acts based on the principle of "this is mine" and disregards international agreements. Solovyov suggested examining Russia's policy from this perspective and stressed the necessity of expanding the country's spheres of influence.
He stated that for Russia, the post-Soviet region, especially Central Asia and Armenia, holds more importance than the Middle East or Latin America. Solovyov emphasized that losing ties with Armenia would be a significant loss for Russia.
Additionally, he specifically addressed the situation in Central Asia, saying that this region is of strategic importance for Russia's national security. According to Solovyov, Moscow must clearly define its goals and pay serious attention to protecting its spheres of influence.
He said that Russia should openly declare its position regarding international law and order. Based on the experience of the "special military operation" in Ukraine, he believes Russia may carry out similar actions in other regions.
It should be recalled that Vladimir Solovyov is known for his sharp and aggressive statements in Russian mass media. His recent remarks were met with negative reactions in the CIS countries, particularly in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
