Pakistan joined the "Peace Council on Gaza"

Pakistan has joined the "Peace Council" established on the initiative of former US President Donald Trump to peacefully resolve the conflicts in the Gaza region. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The Pakistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued an official statement regarding this. According to the Ministry, the country hopes that within the framework of this initiative, concrete measures will be taken to ensure lasting peace in Gaza, increase humanitarian aid, and restore the devastated areas.
Officials have designated ensuring the safety of the civilian population as the main priority. It was also reported that Pakistan's Army Chief of Staff Asim Munir visited Davos, Switzerland, as part of the World Economic Forum events.
Additionally, there have been reports about the possibility of a meeting between Pakistan's Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Donald Trump. It is worth recalling that the "Peace Council on Gaza" was established at the end of last year with the aim of peacefully resolving international conflicts.
According to US information, more than 20 countries have expressed interest in joining this initiative so far. Pakistan officially became a member of the council upon Donald Trump's invitation.
