Man shot dead during deportation in Minneapolis

In Minneapolis (USA) on January 24, a 37-year-old man was shot dead during a deportation operation by officers of the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This was reported by Zamin.uz.
American media outlets are reporting on this. According to the Department of Homeland Security, federal officers were carrying out a criminal case when the man approached them holding a pistol.
The officers initially tried to disarm him, but the man resisted strongly. As a result, the officer fired shots to protect himself and those around him.
Videos taken at the scene show the man first filming the officers on his phone, then attempting to assist two people. After that, the officers forced him to the ground, tied his hands with tape, and fired several shots.
The man died at the scene. This incident caused strong public outrage.
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz sharply criticized the actions of the federal agents and demanded a halt to such operations. There have been previous reports of people being shot dead during operations conducted by ICE officers.
This has sparked serious debates about immigration policy and the activities of federal forces. This case remains one of the urgent and highly discussed topics in the USA.
